LattzsMedia makes listing videos for real estate agents and villa and Airbnb hosts in Trinidad and Tobago. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
Who we are

What we collect
- From the order form: your name, your agency or business (if you give it), the listing link, the package you choose and where you plan to post the video.
- When you message or email us: your phone number or email address and whatever you send us, such as photos, your logo and the names and numbers for the end card.
- When you become a client: invoice and payment records (amounts, dates and payment references). We never ask for or keep card numbers or online banking passwords.
- Public business information: we sometimes find agents and hosts through their public listings and business pages, and note their business name, contact details and the listing, so we can offer them a sample video.
The website itself does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
Why we use it
- To make and deliver the video you asked for, including a free sample.
- To reply to you, send quotes, agreements, invoices and the finished files.
- To keep basic business and tax records.
- To follow up about a sample or order. If you tell us to stop, we stop.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other businesses for their marketing.
Who can see it
Only the LattzsMedia team. We use a few trusted services to run the business, and your information passes through them: Google (email, Drive and the spreadsheet where we track orders), WhatsApp (Meta) for messages, and Cloudflare, which hosts this website. The page also loads its fonts from Google Fonts. These services have their own privacy policies. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Your photos and listing
We use the photos and details you send only to make your videos. We do not post your video, or a sample made from your listing, anywhere without your written permission.
AI tools
Some of our video work uses AI tools, for example to create camera movement from still photos or to produce a voiceover. Your photos may be processed by these tools only to make your video.
How long we keep it
- If you never order, we delete your details within 12 months of our last contact.
- For clients, we keep project files while we work together and for a reasonable time after, so we can re-send files or make changes. Invoices and payment records are kept as long as the law requires for business records.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp, and we'll reply within 7 days. We may need to keep payment records the law requires us to keep.
Keeping it safe
Our accounts are password-protected and only the people who need your information can see it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care and will tell you if something goes wrong that affects you.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
